Tasia is the Co-Founder of WNBU and a Creative Strategist whose work sits at the intersection of sports, music, culture, and storytelling. With more than a decade of experience in digital media, cultural analysis, and narrative strategy, she brings a culturally informed lens to women’s basketball. Her expertise in community insight and editorial framing shapes WNBU’s mission to amplify athlete stories, highlight off-court realities, and expose the inequities that impact visibility and growth across the women’s game. Tasia’s work is rooted in authorship, cultural responsibility, and a commitment to pushing the sport toward the investment and recognition it deserves.

CO-FOUNDER LIZ

Liz is the co-founder of WNBU and a sports policy enthusiast who views sports as one of the foundations of diplomacy and gender equity. From being a student athlete and avid sports watcher to writing about recent developments in women’s basketball, she champions athlete’s successes and stories that brought them to play basketball at the highest level.
